Recycling Cascade for Plastic Waste
Using the interactive demonstrator, you can explore how high-quality plastic recyclates can be efficiently generated from plastic-containing waste. The recycling cascade is based on a combination of three Fraunhofer recycling technologies: solvent-based recycling, solvolysis, and the iCycle® process.

- Analysis of input materials: Determine the type and quality of plastic waste to be recycled.
- Process design: Develop a customized recycling process with Fraunhofer CCPE tailored to specific requirements of your materials and production processes.
- Pilot phase: Conduct a pilot phase together with Fraunhofer CCPE to test and optimize recycling process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Scaling: After successful pilot phase, we scale the process to industrial levels.
